"ENT outpatient"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

Visited ENT with a minor nasal problem. Was seen by a registrar within five minutes of my appointment time and all my notes were available to the registrar. I was treated with respect and my wife, who was with me, was also welcomed into the consultation. The registrar listened to my symptoms without interrupting and allowed my wife to provide additional spring information. The registrar explained the treatment that was recommended, and explained how it would be applied. While applying the treatment both the registrar and nurse regularly checked that I was comfortable and explained how the treatment was progressing. At the end of the treatment the registrar explained the followup requirement and answered some supplementary questions from my wife. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and the attitude of the staff.
