"Terrible consultant behaviour"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

Consultant peremptory, brusque, unfriendly, rude, unhelpful; off-putting demeanour. Did not explain diagnosis, or give options, or give recommendations. Did not talk about prognosis or what to expect. No information about prescription or any side effects. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. If experience repeated I shall make a formal complaint.
