Like many others I was nervous about a pre op assessment that was required. No need. As in previous visits to NMGH I was attended to with the minimum of waiting and the staff were polite and informative. My worries were soon put at ease and although it is only natural that I am not looking foward to admission I know that if the care is typical I will be well looked after
