"proffesssional staff"

About: Crawley Hospital

Over the last 40years a visit to Crawley Hospital was not a good experience. This has now changed completely. My 2 visits to Haematology 0n 2 April and 4 June were very good experiences . All the staff, Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists were professional helpful and friendly. Everybody talked to me as a person. The most noticeable improvement is the receptionists who in the past were dragons. Many Tanks Paul Styles

Dear Paul Styles,

Many thanks for your kind words about our services at Crawley Hospital. In the last two or three years there has been a very significant change in the Trust - not an accident I can assure you - and its good to read that you have spotted such a difference. One of the things we've done is focus on patient experience and it is really rewarding when you read such comments as yours as it makes you realise that we are changing things for the better.

Kind regards

Ian
