Tried 'compliments@kgh.nhs.uk'.........confused,couln't work it!! On Sat.28 June, I (80y.o.) had occasion to be brought into thte 'Out Patients' dept @ kgh by an ambulance through the 111 system which worked very well from initial phone to delivery at about 6pm. Ignoring waiting period at the o.p.,I feel the need to congratulate, thank and praise the staff that dealt with me for being so nice,friendly and helpful,especially the Dr. who arranged the taxi for me at 2.30am when he learned I would have to wait until 9.30 to go home! Very welcome Doc. Thanks. Donation at the next oppotunity will be made. Regards, Roy Casson
