About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Had an appointment for my four month old son after a telephone triage by the nurse at the ucc. Nurse said to make am appt and warned us the symptoms were unusual and he may be kept in. The staff forgot to ask me to put a pad in his nappy so missed the opportunity to get a urine sample. Waited for the baby doctor and half an hour later we saw the regular doctor who was uninterested and sent us away to get our own urine sample, just unprofessional from staff and ended up going to sunderland royal. I will not waste my time going to uhnd again.
