What I liked

The speed and efficiency in which i was dealt with. at all times i was treated with respect and kindness. i have COPD and during the winter months i quite often have to be admitted even if only for the night in A&E. if it wasnt for everyones skills etc i am sure i wouldnt be here today.May i just say a big thank you on behalf of my family and I for the sterling work you do
