(as the patient),

I had to attend this department recently, very nervous and apprehensive. I need not have worried. The staff in this department were pleasant despite being rushed off their feet. I had further contact with these members of staff when I was admitted to Russells Hall Hospital. The staff were on the wards early with a smile and conducted themselves with professionalism.
