Response from Chesterfield Royal Hospital

We're really sorry to read the comments that Janey and Archie's mum have made. We will make sure that they are passed to staff, but I hope they will both contact our Advice Centre on 01246 512640. We would like to put both of these new mums in touch with the senior matron for maternity services so we can find out more about what happened. We can only learn from patients' experiences and apologise if they feel the level of care we provided fell short of the standards we would epxect. Sarah Turner-Saint, Head of Communications
