"Nightmare In CDU1 Fazakerly A & E"

About: University Hospital Aintree

Shocked, terrified & scared ! The A & E department probably does what it should be doing medically however there are very many young nurses health care assistants standing around chatting away about hair extensions, holidays, when they get time off etc etc in the mean time you're left behind a curtain holding a urine bottle no help buzzers in most cubicles ? then being transferred to the CDU1 in A & E is an absolute joke there are some really hard grafters but there are far too many laid back slackers one being a lady that ignored all my request and left me without a dinner and on my second visit on Monday 16th June she was even worse and another nurse was running around doing everything and took late lunch as she was obviously soft or cared very much but either way she was being taken advantage of, the noise in the mornings with the building the fact that phones get ignored & that i was struggling to grab my breath and my help buzzer was being ignored frightens me and all the others on the CDU1 were just as dissatisfied as myself these are not one off incidents and i have written to the ceo Catherine Beardshaw but i will not hold my breath. 18th June 2014 sent home still unable to swallow or get my breath properly it's very scary but they still send me home without a diagnosis? sorry but the only good place there was the Medical assessment unit 1 What happens if i end up back there? i have recorded calls showing how rude and evasive they are and recorded all the noise and the fact i was being ignored i've been told to go back if i have a funny turn again but i have been twice in a week and just sent home so what happens if i have to go back it is far from right and just get past through their system and leave it to a medical team the following day to just say go home we don't know why you could not swallow or breath.
