"My overnight stay"

About: Friarage Hospital Site

On Monday 9/6/14 i stayed in the Allerton ward after coming into a&e. The staff could not have been any nicer to me, i was scared and in pain and they made me feel relaxed and at home, even knowing me by name. I would highly reccommed them. I don't usually write reviews but it was such an awful time for me and they really did lift my spirits seeming genuinely concerned for my health. They got specialised doctors for my condition to see me and I am finally getting somewhere to getting my health back.

Response from Friarage Hospital Site

Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback regarding your admission to the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton on 9 June 2014. It is always pleasing to receive words of thanks and I very much appreciate you taking the time to contact us. I shall certainly forward your kind words to the staff involved who I am sure will be equally pleased to read them. Please contact the chairman’s office on 01642 854151 or email deborah.jenkins@stees.nhs.uk should you wish to pursue this. Many thanks again for your kind words.
