Since attending The Rosewood Involvement Centre from January 2012 I have found care services in general extremely helpful.
I am a lot more confident in my approach in communicating with others; I am more aware of things such as body language and can now look at people when speaking to them. I have developed patience with myself and others
I have done exactly what the doctors and psychiatrist and psychologist have said and instead of seeing them monthly I now see them every six months. I hope it will extend to a yearly consultation over time. My medication has also reduced.
In Rosewood I have learnt to develop trust in the staff such as Nigel, Amy and Becky previously. I now facilitate the music group; this is something I have been given an opportunity to do from the staff at Rosewood
Everyone that I have been involved with has been a good inspiration to me.
