"Restored confidence in NHS"

The NHS has had a bad press recently but my own experience of attending the medical clinic run by the doctor and his team was first class. I was treated quickly, effectively and courteously by what was a clearly motivated team who maintained a friendly but efficient process. I was seen very close to appointment time, received a thorough consultation and examination, had further tests and X-rays and all within a very acceptable timescale. Very impressive all round
