attitudes of all nursing staff and some doctors!

nursing staff look down at you if you even DARE ask a question!!

each nurse/doctor will 'fob' you off to someone else saying 'not my patient'! DISGRACEFUL!

Absolutely no CLUE how to treat patients or their relatives.

Given a telephone number which is NEVER answered - to find out from reception they have another number which is the best one to use!!

I'm absolutely appalled by the whole 'Northwick Park' experience and would hope non of my relatives OR I end up there!
