Whilst my treatment is still on-going I just want to place on record that I was highly relieved to have a visit and assessment by Nicky. She put me at my ease and made me feel that I mattered and she cared. I have a lovely team of District Nurses who looked after me for 14 years but I need a pair of specialist eyes to look after my pressure ulcer and Nicky has them. I am so grateful.
