"Treatment and follow up"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

My wife was admitted in 2012 with debilitating headaches. The A&E staff were excellent ans she was admitted with suspected meningitis. Since then the care has been shocking. Her notes were missing for nearly a year making any follow up with the neurologist almost impossible and now two years down the line my wife still has the headaches. I don't see the point of any of it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the service your wife has received from the neurology department. We were sorry to learn of your disappointment with the care she has received and would be keen for you to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) to see if we can help resolve the issues you have described. Please feel free to contact us on 01622 224960 or email mtwpals@nhs.net where a member of the team will be happy to help. Kind regards, The PALS Team.
