I was returning to the LRI for the birth of my second child as it's the nearest hospital to me and as my first child was delivered there with no problems it was an obvious choice. As my labour progressed it was discovered that an un diagnosed breech birth was to unfold and I must say as soon as this was detected the level of care that I was shown was second to none. From the fantastic midwife and the student midwife following ,to the doctors and all the team who took me through for an emergency c section I was informed at every step what was happening and going to happen . Then on the ward afterwards all the nurses and midwives were polite, courteous and caring and as I had my own room when I pressed the bell a midwife came straight away. All in all I was very happy with my care by everyone there.
"Excellent care by everyone"
