About: Whiston Hospital

rang this morning to see if my daughter in law had an appointment today as she had no credit on her mobile phone to call the hospital the first lady i spoke to asked for certain details to confirm who i was ringing up about which is fine, i passed the security questions and she gave me the information i needed i was then passed onto the xray department, where the woman on the phopne was very short in her replies and rude. what i dont understand is if one department can tell me something about my daughter in law and be very polite the xray department could not and be very rude. yes i understand patient confidentialty but please try and not be so rude . . . . would she like to be spoken to in that way!
