"Lovely people!"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

My Boyfriend had to go into hospital for a few days and all the people who worked there that we met were so lovely! Chatted to a medical student who was doing some work experience , some doctors and many nurses, all of whom were smiley, enthusiastic and helpful. Bar the initial wait in A&E (to be expected and not to be taken as a complaint) everything was generally efficient and smoothly run. Very happy!

Thank you for your comments posted on the Patient Opinion website regarding your boyfriend’s care in May 2014. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to hear that you thought that the level and quality of care your boyfriend received was what you expected and that the staff were friendly making both your hospital experiences less stressful. We can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the staff involved.
