"Tony Siriano day surgery review"

I was referred to Goring Hall by the NHS Worthing and Southlands trust. From the first consultation to my last I have been treated professionally as a customer should be. I have been kept well informed of appointments and the plan of action for my treatment. The hospital always appears clean and ordered with a polite team. The consultant was very clear with the plan of treatment and carried out my procedure exactly how and within the timescale they said they would. The physio department team appear to be genuinely caring and set clear goals to strive for. I have had three appointments with the x-ray department and on each occasion I was dealt with very quickly with short waiting times for the results. The hospital is in a fantastic setting. The car park could be a little larger and have better defined spaces. The outpatients waiting room could do with an automatic door closer as the door tends to not close completely leaving a draft through the waiting area. It is too easy to compare and critisise others in a review like this but I would recommend BMI and Goring Hall without hesitation.
