"My Visit"

I was referred to the A&E department by my GP following difficulty in breathing. I was assisted in accessing the majors on arrival and treated with courtesy and respect. I was seen quickly and the necessary tests completed in the same consulting room. The doctor explained the situation clearly [no serious problem was found] and also what further service I was to be offered to explore further and discount any problems that did not come to light on this occasion.. My complete visit lasted two and a half hours. I was also very favourably impressed by the layout of the new A&E department at Newham [my work occasionally takes me into such departments]
