The wait to start the service was far too long considering how low I was feeling. Becky has been great and helped teach me good coping skills.

Thanks for your feedback about your experience. I'm sorry you a long wait before being able to start therapy. We understand how important it is to receive the service in a timely manner. We are actively working on a number of initiatives to reduce the waiting time for our patients.

I am pleased to hear that you found your sessions with Becky helpful and that you have now got good coping skills.
