"Perfect respose - wonderful people"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Having called 111 because of chest pains + dizziness + other pains, the ambulance arrived within 5 minutes.

The crew, Ian + Naomi were very friendly and professional and within a short period of time had performed all tests to ascertain my problem.

Although the ambulance service is at most times under pressure to meet targets (sometimes unreasonable), the attention given to me by Ian and Naomi wasn't hurried and they kept me fully aware of the tests being performed and their outcome.

When they left, after about a half an hour, I was feeling a lot more comfortable and I am most grateful for their help.
