the consultant was polite very helpful, relaxed and we didnt feel rushed like you usually do !

the whole pre op system

i was told by my consultant my op would be GUARANTEED within 11 wks. 19 weeks later im still waiting, because my pre op results where left in an in-tray for 4 weeks and that particular person was on maternity leave! i have been told i will be given 3 weeks notice for my op, and guess what my pre op runs out in 4 weeks so i will probably be put on hold for another 3 weeks while waiting for 3 clear mrsa results !!!! i have since lost my job because of the delay , if i had £20.000 i would have been treated by now , MONEY TALKS !!! i would not recommend this hospital to anyone!!
