"Knee replacement surgery"

I had knee replacement surgery at Elland Hospital as an NHS patient and feel fortunate to have been treated there. The consultant, was courteous and explained everything beforehand in layman's terms. He was good-humoured and never patronising . All of their colleagues at the hospital had exactly the same outlook and worked together like a well-oiled machine - nurses, cleaners, catering, reception, physios etc. My room was spotless, the food was excellent and there was an overall atmosphere of calm. THANK YOU EVERYBODY!
