"The crew could not do enough for me – they were absolutely first class"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a service user),

I had an attack of breathlessness and pains in my chest that were severe. I called the 999 emergency services and the ambulance came in no time at all.

The crew could not do enough for me – they were absolutely first class. They checked me over, gave me some treatment and then left.

Dear Prints929

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope you are recovering well.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.

I would like to pass on your kind comments to the crew who came to your aid. Would you be able to contact me, at your convenience, with the date and address that the ambulance attended? My telephone number is 01392 453831 or email laura.martin@swast.nhs.uk.

Thank you again for providing feedback on the service you received.

Kind regards

Laura
