What I liked
Received into A@E with a heart attack and was at all times treated with care and courtesy from reception to my being fitted with a pace-maker and discharged. The treatment was effective and I felt completely confident in the hands of the efficient and competent staff. I could not have received better surgical and nursing service. Full marks to the Cardiac Department and all the staff in Ward 18.
What could be improved
Access to the hospital is very limited by car and not at all friendly towards the handicapped.
