"Podiatry Service"

I am waiting for an operation on my foot. I have rang podiatry 5 times and always get a message that says we are open from 8.30am-1.30pm. I ring within these times and no-one answers, i leave messages and no-one returns my calls. Not a very good service. I work full time and am trying to organise cover for when i am off work but if i cannot speak to anyone and they do not return calls i cannot do this. What is the point in giving out the opening hours if no-one evers answers!!!
