"The Day Surgery Unit at Holmfirth is the health service at its best"

This was my first experience of this sort of unit. From making the appointment to experiencing very minor surgery the process was outstanding. Everything worked like clock work, staff were thoughtful, kind and courteous. I felt totally relaxed in a very clean and pleasant environment. I would recommend this approach for anyone requiring a minor procedure. I would also suggest that the Health Service could learn much form the efficiency of this approach. It was the Health Service at its very best!
