Excellent treatment from doctor & nurse for bad chest infection. They couldn't have been more helpful, reassuring & caring. All avenues of investigation were followed and treatment given very successful. Also triage assessment good with preparations re blood tests, xray etc very efficient. Only down side was the lengthy waiting time to see the doctor - mainly caused by number of ambulance admissions. Apart from waiting time my experience of A & E very good and I was treated very well.
