"Problems with my MS medication delivery."

I have had many problems over the past 24 weeks with the delivery company, Healthcare at home. They contact me to arrange a delivery but then that delivery never comes and until I contact them, I have no idea that they are not delivering. I have spoken to my MS specialist nurse, who has reassured me on the lack of medication. The stress that this company has caused me on the delivery issues is beyond belief. The company used previously, Evolution, never caused me any grief, arriving at the same time every 7 weeks.
