We were very sorry to learn that the standard of service has fallen short of your expectations, in particular, that the clinic staff have appeared disinterested. We have passed your comments on to the management team responsible for the service so that they can take appropriate action to address the issues you have highlighted. We have also asked them to review the clinic letter templates to ensure the correct details are provided.
