"Paeds ED"

Reception staff lovely. Triage nurse very child orientated, did everything to make my son feel at ease. Nurse Practitioner not child friendly, abrupt and rude to sibling aged 3.5 yrs . Did not appear happy in her position, made us feel as if we were time wasters. Being a Sister myself I was shocked to see someone in her position treating patients and family so appallingly,no compassion or care at all. Would be unlikely to use ED again would rather go to UHS as much more child friendly .
