The doctors seem to only turn up when they feel like it. You are told you are seeing a certain doctor and then he does not turn up, the nurses announce that he will be late, so you see another guy. The other doctor is rushed, stressed, and clearly fed up with being dropped in it, so to speak, so the customer care you should quite rightly expect, especially so because you are already feeling ill and of course worried, goes straight out of the window. This department is absolutely awful and my 4th visit is upcoming and I am dreading it!
