What I liked
To be honest I did not like the 3 day stay on Alexandra Ward at all. No systematic washing or washing aids available. Pleased for discharge with 3 day beard. Very little communication between nurses and patients through the day. Felt anxious most of the time.
What could be improved
Communication between patients and nurses. More care and compassion rather than servicing the beds by health service professionals.
Anything else?
Although ward was very clean, never seen any cleaners in my 3 day stay.
