Dear Ms Drake, Many thanks for sending us your important feedback regarding the experience you have had recently as a patient at this hospital. Our staff try very hard to provide all our patients with a high standard of care and I was therefore very pleased to hear that you felt the treatment and care you received on this occasion met this aim.
