"Poor communication"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

I found the communication between staff / doctors and patients relatives on ward 6x appalling= there is a regime and mindset of staff which is that we will inform you when we want to not when you want informing. I was also concerned that some staff do not have a full grasp of english language which is dangerous
