My mother spent 16 days in Neuro ICU and a further two months on various other wards including HDU, B7, C2 and the Devonshire Unit. The ICU team were fantastic, my family were involved in all care decisions, kept well informed and were well supported during a very difficult time. The Multidisciplinary team at Salford Royal /Devonshire Unit are the reason my mum is alive today and has made such an outstanding recovery. To the physios and occupational therapists that brightened up her day, and the specialist consultants and nurses who provided such a high standard of treatment and care, thank you.
