I had a problem that had been ongoing for a few days. I take care not to misuse A&E but at the weekend it worsened. I phoned 111 and explained the complaint. They got a doctor to phone me within the hour who advised me to go to the Harmoni service at Hillingdon Hospital. I attended the appointment and was examined. The doctor gave me some advice recommending that I go to my GP if the symptoms did not go away.
