After a series of cancellations by my dentist in East Kilbride, I have moved to another practice. The latest one involved my emergency appointment being cancelled at half an hours notice, and rescheduled. The reschedule has been cancelled again, again at less than an hour's notice. This has happened more times than I care to remember. I have been with this practice for several years, but it feels as if they do not value nhs patients now. Totally unreliable, does not provide an acceptable service.

Thanks for your post and I’m really sorry you have experienced difficulties getting dental treatment. I can understand your frustrations regarding appointments being cancelled.
