"Great care by staff at out of hours service"

My mum had to telephone NHS 24 (111) and she has asked me to put this on to Patient Opinion.
My mum suffers from a Neurological Illness, which affects the brain and body by speech and mobility. She has not been very well for the past two weeks and this morning she telephoned NHS 24 and from the moment they answered to a doctor calling back, the staff were so helpful and very understanding. I then took my mum to the out of hours Doctor, based at the vale of Leven Hospital. The doctor was very understanding and helped my mum, as she could not walk from the moment we arrived.
I would just like to thank, on behalf of my mum and myself, the staff of NHS 24 and the out of hours doctor at the Vale of Leven Hospital for the understanding they gave to my mum.
