"Secretarial phone call"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

Had occasion to resolve a query regarding waiting time for hip replacement. Discussed my issues with the consultants secretary to the Consultant themself who was so very helpful and understanding. Thank you to the secretary, you comforted two 80 year olds. Would like to add that my visit to see the Consultant was extremely quick followed up by a lightening per op tests. Well done to the Hip team. Ray and Beryl Storey
