"Eye department"

Totally disgusted with how my 85 year old aunt was treated. Arrived for an appointment at 10am and left at 2pm. To have an old lady left sitting for this long waiting for her appointment is totally wrong, annoying and unfair. She sat for that long when they finally called her she could not move. She could not get a drink in case she was called as nobody on the staff seem to help when asked why it was taking so long for her appointment. It is obvious that the system used in this department is not working and should be sorted asap.
