(as the patient),

I phoned 30/04/2014 for a appointment. I got appointment next day, on my arrival I was greeted by a friendly audiologist taken 20 minuets before my appointed time.

A very present experience.

I was referred to my GP.

If I could add another thought. Why does the audiology team not do ear irrigation?
