Hammersmith Hospital provides an extremely high level of service compared to my local hospitals in East London/Essex. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. The Clinical Professor provides an outstanding professional level of care, listens to patients, solves problems and has impeccable manners. I highly recommend this Clinical Professor and Hammersmith Hospital. Other Health Trusts could learn a great deal about excellent patient care from this NHS Trust.
