"Poor Experience in accessing GP Service"

(as the patient),

I used the online form to request details in accessing the GP service of the hospital and the information I got was inaccurate and it basically did not even answer my question. They also ignored my second email. It looks like they have so many patients that they don't want to make more money. Will be using another local hospital instead. What a disgrace.
