About: East Surrey Hospital

From the time I arrived at the hospital today every member of staff were so helpful and caring. This comment includes the car park attendant who was a great help, the receptionist at the clinic and of course every member of the nursing staff. I was treated with kindness the whole time. Whilst awaiting to be called I noticed that each patient was greeted with a smile and staff introduced themselves. The doctor I saw was in turn very caring and respectful, taking time to allay my concerns and help me understand my situation. Thank you to you all. Yours sincerely Valerie Dwyer
