"Ophthalmology clinic visit 23rd April"

About: Hertford County Hospital

I attended the Ophthalmology clinic D yesterday & was treated in a very professional friendly manner. I was told how many patients were in front of me, which was good, so you know where you are in the queue. The appointment went well. After I left the hospital, some time later after lunch I realised ( my eyes were blurry!) I had the wrong glasses, and went back to the clinic & handed over the pair I had. My glasses had not been handed in, the nurse said not to worry she would look into it for me & ring me when her had any info. Anyway today,I was re-united with my expensive glasses, which I,m very grateful & would like to thank her very much for all her efforts. We are very lucky to have such good friendly staff in our local hospital.

So pleased that your recent visit to our Hertford County hospital went so well. We have a great team there, as witnessed by the extra care and attention you received - especially the clinic nurse when it came to finding your glasses! Your kind words are already on their way to the team, so thanks again for taking the time and trouble in getting in touch.
