What I liked

The standard of care was excellent. I left feeling well cared for and reassured.

What could be improved

It was not clear at all from their web page how and when to contact the hospital. I wasted a few days waiting for a reply to my email, that never came, and trying to get hold of somebody over the phone. When I finally went there in person, I arrived late because of conflicting/unclear information about opening hours. While I was waiting to be seen by a doctor, the phone at the reception rang a few times but nobody answered it, although several members of the staff were free.

Also, it would be great if the service could be extended to patients who are registered with a dentist, but for various reasons would prefer to visit the hospital instead.

Anything else?

I think it is an excellent idea to combine free treatment for emergency patients with supervised practice for medical students.
