"Long long waiting , how appalling"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

My son had an appointment to see out of hours doctor at hans doc in basingstoke at 4 pm this afternoon, Easter Sunday. We talked to GP on line and he wanted to see him in hospital. Once arrived, there were around 30 people in the waiting list, no indication on when your turn will be, no food facilities and not a very nice place to be with young kids. I found this service really third world country, just amazing and disgusting as we had to leave after 3 hours as my son was hungry and tired. We did not see the doctor but we paid a hefty car park charges for the privilege, how disgusting is this?
